Return a beat mag from your 50 can of sandy, dirty mags to service, with a new spring, an optional Magpul follower, and some elbow grease. Protip: use a bit of paracord and part of a ziptie to make a magazine pull. Total project cost between $3-$4.00. Keep your mags in top shape. By Mr. Smashy.
OK, I lied, I purchase and use another Magpul product, the Self-Leveling Followers. I don’t know if they actually improve feeding, but they improve the perception of feeding, which as you know is well worth $1.25. And if I’m not rehabbing sandy mags with new springs and Magpul followers, DSG mags come with them pre-installed.
